The Urban Development Minister S Jaipal Reddy today said the Commonwealth Games will be hosted successfully. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, he said the problem had narrowed down to upkeep of the Games Village.Reddy, who is also head of the Group of Ministers (GoM) on Commonwealth Games, said all venues are in perfect shape . The minister informed that there are 3,000 rooms of star hotel category in the Games Village, which means that there are more rooms in the Games Village than in all the star hotels of Delhi. Asked about several athletes pulling out from the Games, Reddy said individual athletes pull out for their own reasons.
