The NCC Directorate of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh organized a week-long online camp for 250 selected NCC cadets of Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh & North Eastern Region under 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' Campaign. The broad objectives of the camp were to celebrate the unity in diversity of the Nation and to maintain and strengthen the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the people of the country. The EBSB camp of NCC is an annual camp for national integration conducted between the paired states.<br />''<br />''The theme of this online EBSB camp was Jallianwala Bagh massacre awareness, Fit India campaign and Ban on Single Use Plastic, which forms the backdrop of this online training. The main objectives of the camp was to develop leadership skills, enhance knowledge and public speaking abilities, peer learning through mutual interaction, foster team spirit and esprit de corps, improve soft skills, understand the culture of own state and the participating state. The topics covered during the camp included, presentation on history, geography, economy, good practices, SWOT analysis, cultural heritage, festivals, customs and traditions of the states.<br />''<br />''Learning the language of each other viz Dogri, Kashmiri and Language of North Eastern Region is one of the highlights of the camp. In addition, learning resources about cuisine and food habits, tourism sites and cultural programmes of the states have been shared extensively. Quiz and debate competitions were also held during the course of the camp. It is highlighted that NCC being the largest youth organisation of India, the organisation has quickly adapted to the e-learning medium of study for conducting NCC training.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">By the closing address from Brigadier Satish Kumar, Group Commander, Jammu Group, the camp successfully culminated with a deep impact on the cadets fostering national integration.
