The week-long joint air exercise between India and Oman started today in Thumrait, Oman. The official sources in Oman told our Dubai correspondent that large number of Air Force personnel including host of officers from both sides are participating in this exercise.<br/><br/>The exercise codenamed 'Eastern Bridge' is witnessing Royal Air Force of Oman RAFO Jaguars and F-16 fighters operating for the first time alongside IAF, Jaguars and illusion planes. Indian Air Force Jaguars are operating along with F-16 fighters and Jaguars of the Royal Air Force of Oman during this exercise.<br/><br/>
