<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has said that wearing of seat belt will now be mandatory for all passengers travelling in the car. <br />''<br />''Mr Gadkari said this during a function in New Delhi. He said, in next three days, the government will issue order in this regard. Mr Gadkari said that &nbsp;if any passenger travelling in the vehicle does not wear seat belt sitting on the front or rear seat in a car, then the person will be penalized. The government's move comes in the wake of recent death of former Tata Sons chairperson Cyrus Mistry in a tragic car accident on Sunday.</span><br />
