Women and Chid Development Minister Maneka Gandhi today said that her Ministry is dedicated to address grievances of sexual harassment at work place. She said this while launching an online complaint management system – SHe Box – against sexual harassment at work place in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Ms Gandhi said, earlier this system was for employees of government sector only, and around 346 complaints have been registered. Now, this system is open for every women working anywhere in the country.<br/>'<br/>The Minister also urged media to make women aware of this system which is first of its kind in the world. She said, government as well as non government organizations have been instructed to set up an internal harassment committees.
