Union Ministry of Women and Child Development has developed a standardized training module for capacity building of Internal Complaints Committees of all Central Ministries and Departments. These Committees have been formed under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.<br/><br/>The Ministry said, 29 institutions in government as well as private sector have also been identified and empanelled to undertake training programmes on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace for any organization.<br/><br/>Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi has said the first training programme for the heads of Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs) of the Central Government Ministries and departments will be organized during the second half of April this year.
