In the ICC Cricket World Cup, Ireland defeated the Netherlands by six wickets in a Group 'B' match at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Ireland achieved the victory in 47.4 overs. Earlier, put in to bat, the Dutch side were all out for 306 in their 50 overs. Both the teams were already out of the race for the quarter-finals.
