The West Bengal Government has decided to issue special ration cards to the people of Maoist infested West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura districts. Giving this information in Kolkata today the State Home Secretary Mr. Samar Ghosh said that, 1lakh 90 thousands people have been identified in three districts for this purpose. Mr. Ghosh said that, special ration cards will be issued to those whose annual incomes are 24 thousand rupees. Earlier, the State Home Secretary reviewed the Law and Order situation at Maoist infested three districts in the State.
