The World Bank has sanctioned financial assistance of over 65crore rupees for the development of sea town Digha in West Bengal. According to official sources the money will be spent for the development of Digha sea beach and its beautification. <br/><br/>The state Urban Development Department has prepared a master plan for the development of tourist destination at Digha.<br/>
