Voting was also heavy in West Bengal with 80 percent polling till 5 PM 6 Lok Sabha seats – Raiganj, Balurghat, Malda North and South, Murshidabad and Jangipu.

AIR correspondent reports that polling is being monitored at 190 high sensitive booths at four districts through web casting. Seven live monitoring vehicles fitted with cameras are also in placed at vulnerable areas to oversee poll process.
