The West Bengal police today produced Doha Asian Games gold medal winner athlete Pinki Pramanik before the Barasat court in North 24 Paragana district to seek permission for her medical test. The police arrested Pinki yesterday from her residence at Teghoria following a complaint lodged by a woman on rape charges. The woman complained to the police that Pinki is actually a man who had raped her.
