West Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu has said that the government will take necessary steps for admission of the class V girl who was punished by the warden to drink her own urine at a hostel in Vishwa Bharati University. The student and her guardian have already said that they do not want to continue study under Vishwa Bharati in Shanti Niketan. Meanwhile, the University authority visited the residence of the class V girl at Bolpur in Shantiniketan on Wednesday. The authority assured the family that such incident will not reoccur. As already reported the Vishwa Bharati authority suspended the warden of the girls hostel after the incident.
