<span style="color: #222222;">The West Bengal Government has decided to construct two Safe Houses for foreign prisoners  whose period of punishment have been completed and waiting for extradition . <br />''<br />''A spokesman of the State Jails Department said that the two such houses will come up at Bongaon and New Town in North 24 Paraganas District for staying of foreign prisoners after completion of punishments in Indian jails . According to National Crime Records Bureau 284 Bangldeshi , 25 Nigerian , 5 Pakistani , 3 Nepalees , 2 China and  few Myanmar nationals are still in the jails of West Bengal after completion of their punishment period and their extradition are not being effected due to legal tangle. </span><br />
