The West Bengal Government has opposed the move of Viswa Bharati University to construct a boundary wall at Poush Mela Ground. Opposing the attempt, the Chief Minister, Ms. Mamata Banerjee said that it is against the ideals of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore who started the education system under open sky and trees. <br />''<br />''She said that the efforts will hamper the Natural Beauty of the place.
