West Bengal Government has expressed serious concern over the repeated technical failure of Metro Rail Services in Kolkata. State Finance Minister Dr. Asim Dasgupta said in Kolkata today that recent disruptions of Metro Rail Services in the city has created panic among commuters in respect of security of passengers.
