The West Bengal Government is considering to run air-conditioned trams in Kolkata on an experimental basis. Talking to newspersons on Friday, the State Transport Minister Mr. Madan Mitra said that running executive buses in the city is also being considered. The transport minister said that the colour of state transport buses are being considered to be blue and white. He said, discussions are going on about ways and means about making the government transport more profitable. Mr. Mitra said that the government is giving importance to the plying of night services transport in North Bengal.
