<span style="color: #222222;">The Election Commission-appointed Special Police Observer,&nbsp; Bibek Dubey will reach Kolkata tomorrow to oversee poll preparedness in West Bengal. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Giving this information in Kolkata on Sunday afternoon, State Additional Chief Electoral Officer Sanjoy Basu said Mr Dubey will oversee the deployment of Central and state police forces during the poll process. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Dubey will meet representatives of major political parties besides the top brass of the security forces in Kolkata.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Sixty candidates are in the fray for the first and second phase of elections in the state. Eighteen candidates are fighting in the 1st phase of polls in Cooch Behar and Alipurduar seats going to polls on 11th of next month. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Forty-two candidates are contesting in the 2nd phase from Jalpiguri, Darjeeling and Raigunj constituencies on 18th of April.</span><br />
