Biman Ghosh, a CPIM member,has been arrested in the skeleton case in Berachapra of West Midnapur district in West Bengal. DIG-CID A.K.Joyraman told our correspondent that, so far no proof of the presence of the main accused and former state minister Sushanta Ghosh on 22nd September 2002 at Berachapra has been found. Sushanta Ghosh continues to be in the ICU of S.S.K.M. Hospital where he was admitted three days ago after he complained of chest pain. He is likely to be handed over to the CID on Tuesday.tent
