In an unprecedented incident, the winter session of the West Bengal Assembly was today adjourned till the 10th of this month because of sound system failure in the House. As the House assembled, Speaker Hasim Abdul Halim announced that the House stands adjourned till the 10th of this month as the microphones are not functioning properly.
