The West Bengal Assembly was adjourned for the day today after making obituary references who died during inter session period. The members observed two minutes silence in the memory of departed souls. The house condoled the deaths of veteran freedom fighter Sushil Kumar Dhara, noted Rabindra Sangeet exponent Suchitra Mitra, Classical singer Bhimsen Joshi, theatre personality Rama Prasad Banik, cine actress Gita Dey and others.
