In West Bengal two dead bodies were recovered after a passengers bus washed away floods. Three persons are missing. The bus was washed away when it was crossing a flooded bridge over Bhairabbanki River at Bankura district today. The District Superintendent of Police Mr. Mukesh Kumar said that 43 passengers were rescued from the bus with the help of local people. 20 persons have been admitted into local hospitals. The Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee reviewed the situation at a high level meeting in Kolkata this afternoon. She said that the government will reward the local people who swung into rescue operations putting their life in risk.
