Indian Space Research Organisation officials have said that the countdown is progressing smoothly. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that in this flight, PSLV will place the 694 kg Cartosat 2B and four other satellites in a 630 km Polar Sun Synchronous Orbit.
