But the heavy flow of water from Patiala has inundated nine more villages in Sangrur district.<br/><br/>Now, the total number of villages hit by the flood in Sangrur district is 50. Relief and rescue operations are on. The situation is said to be under control in Ludhiana, Mohali, Fategarh Sahib, Ropar and Sangrur districts.
