Union Agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh has said that water conservation is one of the top priorities of the Centre. <br/><br/>Talking to newspersons in Guwahati today, he said that the Centre has given stress upon water conservation to tackle drought. <br/><br/>The minister said that a large fund under MGNREGA has been earmarked to get rid of the drought in the country. He said that Prime Minister has taken the issue seriously and held discussions with Chief Ministers of several drought hit states.
