Was suspicious about father's death,but now no longer harboured doubts: CBI judge Late B H Loya's son Anuj

The son of special CBI judge Late B H Loya today said he had earlier been suspicious about his father's sudden death, but he now no longer harboured doubts.<br/><br/>Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, 21 year old Anuj Loya said that he did not have any doubts about the way his father died three years ago adding that he had an emotional turmoil, hence he had suspicions about his death. With tears in his eyes, he also urged NGOs and politicians to stop "harassing" his family.<br/><br/>Judge Loya, who was hearing the sensitive Sohrabuddin Sheikh "fake encounter" case, had allegedly died of a cardiac arrest in Nagpur on December 1, 2014, when he had gone to attend the wedding of a colleague's daughter. Anuj is a second year student of Law in a Pune-based college.<br/><br/>
