Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today said he wants to speak on demonetization issue in Parliament but he is not being allowed. <br/><br/>Mr Gandhi told reporters outside Parliament that why Prime Minister Nadrendra Modi is not speaking on the issue in the House.
