The US State Department said it is looking forward to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit and want it to be successful. State Department spokesperson John Kirby informed media that Mr. Modi will travel to US on 7th of this month at the invitation of US President Barack Obama, with whom he will review the progress made in key areas of defence, security and energy, and will also address a Joint Meeting of the US Congress.<br/><br/>Mr. Modi will embark on a five-nation visit from 4th of this month which will cover Afghanistan, Qatar, Switzerland, the US and Mexico.
