The Congress has said it is now upto the government whether it wants to run Parliament or save the External Affairs Minister for helping Lalit Modi. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party spokesperson Gourav Gogoi said, his party is in favour of Parliament to run but first Sushma Swaraj has to resign.
