West African heads of state are meeting shortly to discuss developments in Ivory Coast following the disputed Presidential election. A spokesman for the Regional Groupings, ECOWAS, said the summit in Nigeria will focus on how best to secure a transfer of power in Ivory Coast to the man accepted by ECOWAS and the United Nations as the election winner Allassane Quattara.
