<span style="color: #222222;">Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has said that the development paradigm should be changed and aimed for climate resilient development.&nbsp; He was speaking at the 4th edition of annual Asia-Pacific Forum on Urban Resilience and Adaptation in New Delhi today.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said new urban infrastructure should be low-carbon, green and climate resilient.&nbsp; &nbsp;Mr Naidu said all the city administrations should focus on protecting local water bodies and take steps for conserving scarce water resources.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The objective of the three-day forum is to share and learn about good urban resilience practices and showcase innovative ideas, solutions and initiatives.
