The Vice President pointed out that the constituent assembly discussed, debatted and deliberated on the formation of the new Constitution for the country after Independence for three years.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Irrespective of differences, none of the members involved, disturbed, disrupted the proceedings, nor did they shout slogans, show placards or descended into the well of the House. The Vice President said that their conduct in the temple of democracy needs to be emulated by all the Parliamentarians. He called upon people to persuade the Parliamentarians of all the parties to dissuade from unruly behaviour in the Parliament and discuss issues of national importance through dialogue and discussion and hold the government and executives accountable.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He suggested the formation of the Confederation of Alumni Association to act like a think tank that can address contemporary issues.<br />''<br />'' India, he pointed out, can be developed only when the youth are vigilant and raise voice on important national issues. Highlighting the importance of Amrith Kaal, the Vice President said Indian DNA has entrepreneurship, research, enterprise within it and hence the world is benefitting by it. He stressed that India can be a developed country by 2047 if Indians believe in it.</span><br />
