Vice President Mohd Hamid Ansari has called upon the diaspora in Thailand to contribute to the growth of the new and effervescent India. <br/><br/>Addressing the Indian community in Bangkok at a dinner hosted in his honour by the Indian Ambassador, he said diversity of culture, language and food habits is being celebrated in India. <br/><br/>Though democracy in India is at times noisy, it only shows that the process is alive, despite the fact that sometimes it is a little more vociferous, he remarked. <br/><br/>Every seventh person in the world is an Indian and they can be found in each and every part of the world, he said and added, they should look at the new possibilities in the country of their origin and participate in its growth.
