In Assam, voting is on for the second and final phase of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) polls in Chirang and Kokrajhar districts amidst tight security. Nearly 30 percent polling has been reported till 11.30 am.  This phase will cover 19 seats.<br />'' <br />''Bodoland People's Front, BPF Chief Hagrama Mahilary, senior ministers Pramila Rani Brahma and Chandan Brahma, former MP U G Brahma are among those who exercised their voting rights early today. AIR correspondent reports that ahead of the next year's assembly election in Assam, all the political parties have put their weight behind in the 40 members BTC polls.
