The voting for Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) and Jawahar Lal Nehru University student Union are underway. <br/><br/>The voting for DUSU elections is being held in two phases across 117 booths set up at 51 colleges of the university. A total of 17 candidates are in fray for the four posts of DUSU office-bearers. One lakh 23 thousand 246 voters can exercise their franchise. The votes will be counted on Saturday and the results declared on the same day. <br/><br/>In JNU eighteen candidate are in fray for the central panel which includes president, Vice President, General Secretay and Joint Secretary. Another 79 candidates are contesting for the posts of Councillors at all centres of the University. Over eight thousand 600 students can exercise their franchise. The election results in JNU is expected to be declared on Sunday.
