In Manipur, voting for bye election to four assembly seats passed off peacefully amidst tight security. Polling was held in Wangoi, Saitu, Lilong and Wangjing Tentha constituencies.  Over 91 percent voter turnout was recorded. The polling began at 203 polling stations spread across three districts this morning.
