The fourth phase of assembly elections will be held in West Bengal tomorrow. 49 constituencies spread over North 24 Parganas, Bidhannagar and Howrah districts will go to polls in this phase. The polling will start at 7 a.m. and will end at 6 p.m. <br/><br/>A total of 345 candidates including 40 women are in the fray for this phase. A total of one crore eight thousand voters are eligible to exercise their franchise in this phase. <br/><br/>Election Commission has made unprecedented security arrangements following incidents of violence in the 3rd phase of polling. 90,000 security personnel including central armed forces have been deployed to ensure free and fair polling. <br/><br/>A report from AIR correspondent:- "Election Commission has made unprecedented security arrangements for tomorrow's polling. Prohibitory orders under Section 144 have been imposed across the Howrah and Uttar 24-Parganas districts around all the polling stations' 100 metre radius since last evening, prior to 48 hours of the polling. <br/><br/>Massive nakabandi checks with a tab on outsiders' entry by paramilitary forces and riverine petrol in Hoogly has been launched. 672 companies of Central security forces are actively helping the 22 thousand personnel of the State police. 677 mobile quick response teams in North 24 Parganas and 415 similar teams in Howrah have been activated. "
