In Haryana, polling for second phase of Panchayat elections has started in 36 blocks of 12 districts and will continue till 4.30 in the afternoon. <br/><br/>Tight security arrangements are there and additional forces have been deployed in the sensitive villages. About 6,000 polling stations are there for more than 30 lakh 18 thousand voters. Polling is being held through electronic voting machines.<br/><br/>
