In Kashmir valley, polling has commenced for Srinagar parliamentary constituency amidst very high security arrangements and a bandh call by separatists.

Our correspondent reports that polling has started on a dull note in Srinagar city but it seems to be brisk in several rural areas where people had lined up outside polling booths even before polling commenced.
