In Uttar Pradesh, voting has begun for third phase of local body elections. The polling, which began at 7 this morning, will end at 6 PM. In Jalaun, Banda and Mirzapur districts, polling started at 6.30 AM and will be completed by 5.30 PM due to security reasons. Besides Aligarh Municipal Corporation, voting is taking place for 45 Nagar Palika Parishads and 101 Nagar Panchayats spread over 20 districts in this phase.
