In Uttar Pradesh, voting has begun for 11 legislative council seats. Polling which started at 8 this morning, will end at 5 in the evening. Out of 11 seats, 5 are graduate consultancies and 6 teachers constituencies. AIR correspondent reports, the polling for these 11 seats is going  in 72 districts in state except Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat and Unnao districts.
