Volodymyr Zelenskiy takes oath as Ukraine's new President

In Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy today took oath as country's new President, announcing snap parliamentary elections at the same ceremony. <br />''<br />''The 41-year-old announced dissolution of the parliament in his speech.
