The Vivekananda Express , an exhibition train, showcasing the life, works and teachings of Swami Vivekananda through various photographs and audio-visual programmes, will arrive in Bangalore today. The train comprising of five air-conditioned coaches, displays rare images and artifacts associated with Vivekanand as a child in Bengal, his devotion towards 19th century saint Ramkrishna Paramahamsa, his life as a wandering monk, and his lectures in the USA, England, and parts of Europe on Hinduism. The train will be stationed for public view today and tomorrow at the Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm.
