World Chess Champion and Grand Master Viswanathan Anand has said that it gives him great satisfaction and pride to promote his favourite game of chess among students from the age of 7 to 17 years in the State. Speaking to newsmen in Chennai on the sidelines of an endorsement program, Mr Anand reflected on his preparations for the ensuing international games to be held at Spain, December in London and Holland.Replying to a query on endorsement for brands, Anand said that he would endorse brands after analyzing its value. Calmly reacting to issues between players in the forthcoming Olympic games, the grandmaster replied that playing for the Country gives a sense of pride to the players.
