Union Minister for environment and forest and consumer affairs, food and public distribution Ashwini Kumar Choubey has said that the vision of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is that development must prevail in the North East region. People who have been left out from the development arena in the last 75 years of Independence, they must be given the best, which is the philosophy of PM Modi at Look East and to make the East as the best of the country.<br />'' <br />'' Union Minister Shri Choubey was addressing the leaders and workers of the state unit of BJP in Aizawl on Monday evening. He has reached Aizawl today on a two day tour to the state.<br />'' <br />'' Chairing a meeting with the state party leaders and workers, he said that under the guidance and direction of the Prime Minister Modi, all central Ministers pay visit to the north eastern states and meet all stakeholders of governance and development in the particular states, so as to learn and find out the perspective, shortcomings and challenges of each of the states.<br />'' <br />'' He said that Shri Modi is the country's first Prime Minister who thoroughly enquired about points of issues for redressal when the central Ministers submit reports after visiting any state of the North East.<br />'' <br />'' Also, he said that at present so many development projects and programs are being implemented in an excelarted manner, also because the Modi government has made the DoNER department as a full-fledged Ministry for bringing the speedy growth in all states of the region.  <br />'' <br />''Referring to the political culture in BJP, the Union Minister said that the BJP is a party with a difference, unlike other parties having interest of individuals and family. To BJP, Nation comes first, then party and individual the last. The party during its ruling in two terms have been working for bringing the utmost development of the Nation with an eye on Sabka Saath, Sabka Bikash, Sabka Prayas and Saabka Biswas.
