Goa's Health Minister and independent MLA from Valpoi constituency Mr. Vishwajit Rane rejoined the congress party this afternoon alongwith a large number of his supporters at a function held at Congress Bhavan in Panaji.<br/><br/>Earlier in the day Mr. Rane quit his seat in the assembly and tendered his resignation from the cabinet to meet technical requirements. Later in the evening he was sworn in as the minister at Raj Bhavan where the state governor Dr. Shivinder Singh Sidhu administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Rane<br/><br/>Mr. Rane is the second minister of the cabinet led by Mr. Digambar Kamat to join the congress within a span of four days. Earlier Mr. Atanasio Monserrate the Education Minister had joined congress alongwith around 150 of his supporters.
