The second Vishwa Marathi Sahitya Sammelan will conclude in Dubai today.Organised by the Maharashtra Mandal, Dubai, the sammelan is being attended by authors like Motiram Katare, Vithal Kamat, Suresh Khare, Kishore Kadam and Sindhutai Sapkal. Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Chhagan Bhujbal, Mumbai Mayor Shraddha Jadhav and MNS general secretary and spokesperson Shirish Parkar are among those attending the three day meet.During the Sammelan noted poet and literary meet president Mangesh Padgaonkar had a word of advice for those indulging in linguistic chauvinism. He said it was necessary for writers to think beyond ‘isms’ and factors like caste, religion.
