Government said that the visa papers of one of two terror suspects in 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Tahawwur Rana, have been found. Talking to reporters outside parliament yesterday, Minister of State for External Affairs Mr Shashi Tharoor said the papers of another suspect David Coleman Headley, are being traced by authorities at the Chicago consulate.<br/><br/>Earlier, speaking to reporters outside Parliament, External Affairs Minister S.M.
