Government has launched a scheme of 'Visa on Arrival' for citizens of five countries Finland, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand and Singapore to attract more foreign tourists to India. <br/><br/>An official release said, a total of 1,793 visas were issued under this scheme for all the five countries during January-March this year. <br/><br/>During the three months period, the maximum number of visas were issued at Delhi airport.<br/>
