On the issue of framing of charges against him, the Union Minister for Micro, small and medium entrprises Mr Virbhadra Singh said the graft case against him is a BJP conspiracy. Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, he said the charges are fabricated as the CD being used as evidence was never authenticated.

The Congress General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi today said that the party will take a view on this matter after going through the charge sheet.

Meanwhile, the BJP has demanded the resignation of Virbhadra Singh. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman J.P Nadda said that Mr.Virbhadra Singh should immediately resign from his post and if he does not do so, the Prime Minister should remove him from the Cabinet.
