The Union Minister for Steel Mr. Vir Bhadra Singh today arrived in Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh on a day’s visit. He is scheduled to inaugurate today the DAV Residential Public School and the Industrial Training Institute in Nagarnar in the Bastar district of the state. The Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh is also in Bastar for the occasion. It may be mentioned here that along with these institutes, the National Mineral Development Corporation, NMDC, has been pioneering many educational institutes in Bastar thereby contributing to the educational development of the tribal dominated area of the state.
